The Scheduler can see at a glance that there is a M1 labor constraint Tuesday night and all day Wednesday. Green labor bars may indicate inefficient use. Yellow bars indicate efficient labor use. Red bars signal a labor constraint.

In general it would  be fair to say:  The M1 labor group will need a little help on Wednesday, the M2 labor group is very well utilized, and the F1 labor group is overstaffed for most of the week.
